From 1930 he studied at the Georgian Agricultural Institute, he was a member of the WKP (b), he was deputy dean of the agribusiness department and researcher at the Zakaukaskie Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of the Agricultural Economy, later a sovkhoz engineer and mechanic and director of the state farm until 1939.
