Dino Porrini (born February 28, 1953 in Volta Mantovana) is an Italian road cyclist, silver medalist of the world championship. Career
Dino Porrini's biggest success came in 1977, when he teamed up with Mirko Bernardi, Mauro De Pellegrin and Vito Da Rosem to win a silver medal at the World Cup in San Cristóbal. It was the only medal he won at an international event of that rank. In the same championship he also took 27th place in the race for the start of the joint amateurs. In 1976 he competed at the Montreal Olympic Games, where he and his teammates were eleventh in team time. In addition, he won the Giro delle Due Province Marciana in 1974, Coppa Caduti Nervianesi and the Milan-Busseto race in 1975 and Freccia dei Vini two years later. In 1979 he won one of the stages of the Giro d'Italia, but the entire race finished in 108th overall. Bibliography
