Alexei Birukov
Alexei Sergeyevich Birukov (Russian: Алексей Сергеевич Бирюков, born March 1, 1907 in Tula, died December 8, 1986) is a Soviet party and state activist. Curriculum vitae
In 1927 he graduated from the People's Commissariat of Road Traffic and became a member of the WKP (b), 1927-1929, working as an electromechanical worker at the Tulane Mechanical Plant. From August 1929 to September 1930 he served in the Red Army, from September 1930 to July 1934 he studied at the Moscow Electromechanical Institute of Transport Engineers.
