Milada Paulová


Milo Paulová (born November 2, 1891, died on January 17, 1970 in Prague) - a Czech historian, a Byzantine scholar.

A graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy of the Charles University in Prague. In 1935 she was appointed an associate professor. On October 28, 1939, she became the first female professor in the history of Czechoslovakia. After the Second World War, her research focused primarily on Byzantium.
