Vladimir Makarov


Vladimir Ivanovich Makarov (Russian: Владимир Иванович Макаров, born 16 November 1923 in the village of Duplato-Maslowo in the Tambov region, October 26, 1979) - Soviet party and state activist. Curriculum vitae

In 1938-1941 he was educated at a Tambov pedagogical school, 1941 was mobilized to the Red Army, participated in the war with Germany, fought on the Western Front, 1 Belarusian and 1 Baltic, since 1944 belonged to the WKP (b). After the demobilization in 1947 he worked in the kolkhoz, studied in the peripheral party school in Tambów, then in absentia at the Party School at the CPSU. From November 15, 1973 to 1976 he was the secretary of the Tambov Cracovian Regional Committee, and from 1976 until the end of his life, the chairman of the Executive Committee of the Tambov Regional Council. In 1975 he was a member of the 9th Congress of the RFSRR. He died as a result of a road accident. Honors
