Then he started working at the Institute of Hematology and Transfusiology, in 1968 he defended his doctoral thesis, he was habilitated in 1975, 1987 he was awarded the title of professor of medical sciences, in the years 1997-2002 he was the director of the Institute. He was the author of many publications devoted to diagnostic and therapeutic methods of leukemias and malignant lymphomas.
