Joyful Parade of Independence - a manifestation in the form of marching through the streets of Wroclaw, taking place every year on November 11th.
Celebrations of the National Independence Day in Wrocław begin with a Mass in the Basilica of St. Elizabeth of Hungary, which houses the Mausoleum of the Memory of the Polish Underground State and the Home Army. Then, on the market of Wroclaw, there is an appeal of independence with the participation of soldiers of the Polish Army. The official celebration of the streets in the center of the city is the Joyous Independence Parade, attended by the city's residents and invited guests.
The Wroclaw parade is one of the largest demonstrations in Poland. The first parade went through the streets of Wrocław in 2002. In 2015, over ten thousand people participated in it.
