Jan Pawlak


Jan Pawlak (born July 7, 1922 in Charchów) - Polish worker, deputy to the Seym of the People's Republic of the 7th term. Curriculum vitae

He has completed primary education. In 1945 he was a tractor driver in Technical Agricultural Service in Racibórz, and later in PGR Strzybnik. He also worked as a brigadier at Raciborska Fabryka Kotłów. He belonged to the Polish United Workers' Party. In the years 1952-1956 he was an instructor of its Poviat Committee in Racibórz, he also sat in the plenum of the party's party committee. In 1976, he was elected to the Sejm of the Polish People's Republic in the district of Rybnik. He sat on the Foreign Trade Committee and in the Mandatory and Regulations Committee.
