Jeffrey Dean "Jeff" McLaughlin (born October 31, 1965) is an American boatman. Two-time Olympic medalist.

He took part in two Olympic Games (IO 88, IO 92), he won medals on both. In 1988 he finished third in the prestigious eight, four years later he was second in the four without helmsman. In 1992, Doug Burden, Thomas Bohrer and Patrick Manning formed the village. He won two medals in the world championships - in 1987 gold in eighth and silver in 1991 in the four without helmsman.
