Michael Chandler


Michael Otis Chandler (born April 21, 1958 in San Marino) is an American racing driver. Career

Chandler started his international racing career in 1979, starting with the USAC Mini-Indy Series, where he won four podiums, including one on his podium. Assigned 903 points earned him the title of runner-up of the series. Later, he also appeared in the American Formula One Super Vee Robert Bosch / Valvoline Championship, World Challenge for Endurance Drivers, CART Indy Car World Series, World Championship for Drivers and Makes, Indianapolis 500, IMSA Camel GTO, USAC Gold Crown Championship, IMSA GTU Championship and American Racing Series.

In the CART Indy Car World Series, Chandler started the 1980s. The best result of the American reached in 1981, when he scored 37 points, he ranked 18th in the overall ranking. Bibliography
