Małgorzata Wolańska - Polish scientist, biochemist, doctor habilitatus in medical sciences. Curriculum vitae

She has been employed at the Medical Academy in Bialystok since 1982. In 1989 under the guidance of prof. Edward Bańkowski from the Department of Biochemistry defended his doctoral thesis "Glassy protein" obtaining a doctorate in medical sciences. In 2008, on the basis of scientific achievements and the submitted dissertation, "Extracellular matrix of uterine myomas as reservoir of peptic growth factors" received the academic degree of habilitated doctor of medical sciences.

She is employed in the Department of Medical Biochemistry UMB as an adjunct. Bibliography

The earliest mention of these creatures is dated to the fifth century BC, and its author is Herodotus. According to her, these ants inhabited the deserts of Persia and India and extracted gold from their sands. Several such creatures were kept in the residence of the King of Persia.
