Alexei Kolebajev
26 April 1982 - Soviet politician, secretary of the Central Committee of the NCP (1965-1975), first secretary of the East Kashmir Regional Committee (KPK) (1963-1965). From 1940 in the WKP (b), 1940 graduated from the Kazakhstan Mining and Metallurgy Institute, 1940-1943 assistant master, foreman, change manager and deputy head of the workshop "Urałjużol", 1943-1944 head of the WKP City Committee (b) Orsk. In 1944, the party organizer of the KC WKP (b) of the South Polish Nickel Factory, 1945-1946 party organizer of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of the metallurgical complex in the Chełm region (presently the Orenburg region). 1946-1948 head of board and controller of the Ministry of Non-Ferrous Metallurgy of the USSR on the South of Poland, Nikopol Miners, 1948-1950 manager of the zinc change in Ust'Kamienogorsk (now Öskemen), 1950-1952 party trustee, 1952-1955 party organizer of the zinc plating. Since 1955, Head of Department and Secretary of the East Kashmir Regional Committee of the NCP, January 1963- April 13, 1965 First secretary of the East Kazakhstan Regional Industrial Committee of the KPC, 1965-1975 Secretary of the Central Committee of the NCP, then retired. Awarded the Order of the October Revolution and the Four Red Labor Commands. Bibliography
