The pelvic floor has a funnel shape and closes the entire pelvic exits with the exception of the anastomosis through which the rectum is covered by the fibers of the anal sphincters of the anus and the front of the pelvic diaphragm is the space between the periphery of the aneurysm lever - urethra and vagina.
