In the years 1927-1928 he was the instructor responsible of the Central Committee of KP (b) U, simultaneously from November 29, 1927 to April 9, 1929 a deputy member of the Central Committee of the KP (b) U, from 1928 to November 1929 the head of the Rural Labor Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) U, and from April 9, 1929 to May 27, 1937, a member of the Central Committee of KP (b) U. From April 9, 1929 to June 5, 1930, he was a deputy member of the Organizational Bureau of the Central Committee of KP (b) U, from November 12, 1929 to August 1930, the secretary responsible for the District Committee of KP (b) U in Odessa, and from March 18 to September 4, 1932, the first deputy of the people of the agriculture commissioner of the Ukrainian SSR. In the years 1932-1934 he was the second secretary of the District Committee of KP (b) U in Kiev, from 1934 to February 28, 1936 the second secretary of the District Committee of KP (b) U in Kharkiv, then until October 1936 I secretary of the City Committee of the JPC (b) in Penza . On October 16, 1936, he was arrested, March 9, 1937, sentenced to death by the Military College of the Supreme Court of the USSR on suspicion of counter-revolutionary activity and carrying out acts of terrorism and executed the next day.
