Willy Skibby


Willy Skibby (born February 20, 1942 in Stilling) is a Danish cyclist, bronze medalist of the world championship. Career

Willy Skibby's biggest success came in 1966, when he won the bronze medal in the amateur race at the Nürburg World Cup. Only Dutchman Evert Dolman and British Leslie West were ahead of him. It was Skibby's only medal at the international event of that rank. The same year he won the country's vice-championship in this competition. In 1976 he also took part in the race at the Montreal Olympic Games, but failed to finish the race.
