Pic du Lac de Combeynot (3089 m above sea level) - the summit of the Combeynot massif in the Écrins mountain group in the Western Alps in France. Position
It lies in the southern part of the Combeynot massif. This part is separated from its main northern part with the peaks of the Pics de Combeynot, a shallow plate, called Brèche du Vallon de la Route (2914 m above sea level) and the Vallon du Fontenil valley, whose top floor is occupied by Lake Combeynot. Pic du Lac de Combeynot is the highest point of this southern part, in addition to which the peaks of Pointe de l'Etandart (2981 m above sea level) and Roche Bernard (2698 m above sea level) stand out, both located east of it.
