Nikolai Kalmyk
Nikolai Iosifovich Kulmyk (Russian: Николай Иосифович Калмык, born 19 December 1913 in the village of Połkowa Mykytiwka in the Kharkiv province, died in 2000 in Moscow) - Soviet party activist, first secretary of the Cracow Regional Committee in Smolensk (1963-1969) Member of the Central Revision Commission of the CPSU (1966-1971).
1931 graduated from agricultural engineering and became an agronomist in sugar mill in the Moscow region, 1936-1938 served in the Red Army, 1938-1939 head of the department of sowchozu, from 1939 in WKP (b), 1939-1943 senior agronomist and director of machinery -traktor in the tulkus circuit. Later a party official, from 1951 instructor of the Agricultural Department of the Central Committee of the WKP (b), then head of the department of this department. Since 1955 the secretary, from January 7, 1963 to December 29, 1969 First secretary of the CPWR Regional Committee in Smolensk (from January 1963 to December 14, 1964: Rural District Committee of the CPSU in Smolensk).
