microloan
Microloan - a small loan provided by financial institutions, its amount depends on the type of lender, and may be a private equity company or bank. There are two types of loans.
A micro-loan taken in a private off-shore company (parabank) is often called a short-term loan. These amounts are small and range from PLN 50 to a maximum of several thousand. These are low-interest loans. In Poland such loans are also provided by foreign companies that have been successfully operating outside our borders.
Another factor is the microloan offered by banking institutions. In this case, the amount of the contract may amount to up to PLN 50,000. Bank borrowings are used for the purpose of launching or running a business. This type of financial aid is mainly used by students, graduates, academics who plan to start an innovative company. Unlike micro grants, microloans are subject to repayment.
