Michal Garicoïts (born 15 April 1797 in Ibarre, died 14 May 1863 in Bétharram) is a Roman Catholic priest, founder of the Congregation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Saint of the Catholic Church. Curriculum vitae

He came from a religious family. During the French Revolution his parents hid priests. He was ordained a priest in 1823, and then appointed him to the vicar in Cambo. He founded the Congregation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. He died on May 14, 1863, aged 66.

He was beatified by Pope Pius XI on May 10, 1923, and canonized by Pope Pius XII on July 6, 1947. Bibliography

The earliest mention of these creatures is dated to the fifth century BC, and its author is Herodotus. According to her, these ants inhabited the deserts of Persia and India and extracted gold from their sands. Several such creatures were kept in the residence of the King of Persia.
