Employee Hotel, for example a worker or hotel assistant, a nursing home, a teacher hotel, a hotel, a hotel garrison - a temporary housing for a group of employees maintained by a parent company: a factory, a college, a hospital, or the military. Description
It is similar in standard and equipment to a dorm or academic home (dorm): usually a small room, shared toilets, bathrooms, kitchens and laundries. Unlike burs and dormitories, where selection for buildings, floors or female and male rooms is often preferred, staff accommodation with families and children is more likely to be accommodated in employee hotels; They set the internal rules of these objects. Payment for rooms is usually symbolic, also determined by the parent company in accordance with his employment policy.
Employee hotels can be permanent (eg those located at workplaces) or temporary - for the provision of social and residence facilities for a particular project. Temporary buildings can be adapted to tourist-class hotels or dormitories, and those constructed from modular pavilions can easily be dismantled and transported to another location.
After the 1989 state system reform, the number and the role of employee hotels declined considerably in relation to the general increase in labor productivity in the economy and the consequent decline in employment. Industrial plants are no longer generally interested in acquiring large numbers of off-site workers. A slightly different situation occurs in higher education institutions, so the assistant hotels are still part of the university structure. Similarly, the situation is in the case of teachers and the army, and postal hotels are currently the most popular leisure centers for mail workers. Bibliography
