Bartłomiej Jurecki - (born 9 May 1985 in Zakopane) Polish photographer.

He graduated from the Krakow School of Art and the State Higher School of Film, Television and Theater in Lodz where he obtained the title of Master of Photography. He is a laureate of the following competitions: La Grande Photo International Photography (3X), Grand Press Photo (3X), FEP European Professional Photographer of the Year (2X), BZ WBK Press Photo (7X), Leica Street Photo, International B & W Photography Contest Monochrome Awards (4X), International Photography Awards (7X), National Geographic (2X), Photoreporter of the Year 2015, SGL Local Press (3X), National Geographic Traveler Photo Contest. He is also the finalist of the Kuwait Grand Photographer Contest (2X), the Event Photographer Awards (3X), the Photo Press of the Year (2X) Erasmus Ciolek (2X) and the. Myrmex Indikos, pol. Indian ant - an alleged species of gigantic ants (according to Herodot's description, larger than foxes, but smaller than dogs). The earliest mention of these creatures is dated to the fifth century BC, and its author is Herodotus. According to her, these ants inhabited the deserts of Persia and India and extracted gold from their sands. Several such creatures were kept in the residence of the King of Persia. Gold was to be obtained by caravans made up of several camels in the heat of the day, when the ants were protected underground.
