Wladyslaw Krzyżagórski

Władysław Krzyżagórski (born May 19, 1911 in Poznań, May 25, 1943 in Auschwitz) is a Polish ice hockey player and merchant.

AZS Poznan player in the ice hockey section. Gold medalist of the Polish championship in 1934 and two-time bronze medalist in 1931 and 1933. Owner of Palmo in Poznań. Volunteer in the September campaigns. At the end of 1939 arrested by the Germans and taken to KL Dachau, then to KL Auschwitz. Since May 1943 imprisoned in Block XI. Shot on May 25, 1943.
