Nicolae Petrescu-Comnen
Nicolae Petrescu-Comnen (born August 24, 1881 in Bucharest, December 8, 1958, Florence) - Romanian lawyer, diplomat, professor, publicist and politician.
He studied law in Paris, where he defended his doctorate in this field in 1905. In the years 1902-1916 he worked as a lawyer and lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, and after the end of the First World War he joined the diplomatic service. In 1922-1929 he represented Romania at conferences in Geneva, where he worked as the minister plenipotentiary to the League of Nations (1923-1928). Creation Bibliography
