Julian Karol Nowotny
Julian Karol Nowotny (born 1876, died 1953) is a Polish lawyer, professor at the Jan Kazimierz University in Lviv and the Jagiellonian University.
He was a doctor of law and advocate, professor of law at the Jan Kazimierz University in Lviv - professor of criminal law with the title of full professor. He also lectured on the history of the philosophy of law. He was a member of the Lviv Scientific Society. He participated in the work of the Criminal Division of the Commission of Codification II. After World War II, he worked as a lecturer at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. He lectured on tax law and forestry legislation at the Faculty of Law and at the Faculty of Law - political doctrine.
Julian Karol Nowotny was the son of Bogumil Nowotny, the judge, the councilor of the manor and the landlord, and Sophia of Loegler. His siblings are:
Married with Janina from d. Vimpeller; married in 1902. He died on December 6, 1953. He was buried in a family tomb at the Rakowicki Cemetery in Cracow. Publications Bibliography
