Georgi Kozlov (1909-1976)


23 July 1909) - Soviet politician, secretary of the Central Committee of the Kazakh Communist Party (1959-1966), deputy chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kazakhstan (1959-1966) SRR (1962-1965). 1926 He graduated in industrial engineering at Saratov and was a constructor at the Saratov Combine Harvester Plant, 1931-1936 studied at the Moscow Institute of Steel, 1935-1945 deputy mechanic, workshop head, deputy head of the production of the Urals Wagon Factory in Nizhniy Tagile. From 1945 in the WKP (b), from 1945 Deputy Secretary, then Second Secretary of the Municipal Committee of the WKP (b) in Nizhniy Tagile, later Secretary of the Municipal Committee of the CPSU in Nizhniy Tagile, 1954-1956 Secretary of the Regional Committee of the CPSU in Sverdlovsk, 1956-1958 Secretary of the CPSU Municipal Committee in Sverdlovsk, 1958 graduated from the Party High School at the CPSU Central Committee. From 9 July 1958 to 6 May 1959 First secretary of the East Kazakhstan Regional Committee of the NCP, 1959-1966 Secretary of the Central Committee of the NCP, 1962-1965 Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Socialist Republic of the SRR and simultaneously Chairman of the Party-State Control Committee of the CPC Central Committee and the Cabinet of Ministers of the SRR, 1965-1971 Chairman of the People's Control Committee of the Kazakh SSR, then retired.
