Antoni Giribet


Antoni Giribet Fiter (born December 31, 1965) is a football player and footballer.

Football career

At age 17, he signed with FC Andorra. He played in the club for three years, then became an administrator in one of the electric companies and started playing for the EU Sant Julià. For several years he was the president of this team. Career activist

At the end of his career he was still the president of the EU Sant Julià. He was until he became president of Federació Andorran de Futbol (2009). Under his supervision the club won the qualifiers for the LM sanctuary of SP Tre Fiori, which was the first win of any Andorran club in the Champions League. It was in season 2009/2010, and the match was settled in the penalty shootout. In October 2013, he ceased to serve as the president of the Andorran Football Association and replaced Victor Santos, who previously served as Vice President for 8 years.
