Teodor Mikołaj Dembowski (born on December 5, 1766, died on April 11, 1824) - senator of the Polish (congressional) Kingdom, sub -fect of the Gostynin poviat in the Duchy of Warsaw in 1811.

Son of the castellan of Czech Republic, Stefan Dembowski, h.Jelita and starostego gostynińskiej, Ewa Tarłów.

After the creation of the Kingdom of Congress in 1815, he became a castellan and entered the Kingdom Senate.

Teodor Dembowski was the owner of, among others Pacyna and Solca; he and his wife Zuzanna of Dembowskis had five sons. Source
