Albiert Ivanovitch Raczkow (Russian Альберт Иванович Рачков, born 1927) - Soviet party activist and diplomat. Curriculum vitae

In the years 1974-1980 he was the head of the Department of Organizational and Party Work of the Central Committee of the CPSU and in 1980-1986 he was the second secretary of the Communist Party of Turkmenistan.
