Albiert Ivanovitch Raczkow (Russian Альберт Иванович Рачков, born 1927) - Soviet party activist and diplomat. Curriculum vitae
In 1950 he graduated from the Azov-Black Sea Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agricultural Economy. From 1951 he worked in the kemerian region. In 1955 he became a member of the CPSU. In 1965-1969 he worked in the CCP's Central Committee. From 1969 to 1974 he was the secretary of the Regional Committee of the CPSU in Lipiecko. In 1971, he graduated from the Higher Party School at the CPSU. In the years 1974-1980 he was the head of the Department of Organizational and Party Work of the Central Committee of the CPSU and in 1980-1986 he was the second secretary of the Communist Party of Turkmenistan. From March 3, 1981 to July 2, 1990, deputy member of the Central Committee of the CPSU, from July 15, 1986 to August 9, 1990 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR in People's Democratic Republic of Yemen.
