Zofia Rozanow

Zofia Rozanow (born 1930, died July 4, 2015 in Czestochowa) is a Polish art historian and writer, researcher of Monastery monuments in Jasna Góra. Curriculum vitae <<> Zofia Rozanow was born in 1930 in Polesie as the daughter of Nicholas Rozanov and Paulina of Pacewicz. After the Second World War, the family settled in Czestochowa. In the years 1965-1991 he worked for the Institute of Art of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. At the request of Stefan Wyszyński for 35 years researcher monuments of the monastery on Jasna Gora (gave her dispensation to enter closed monastery closed before). The result of her work was published in 2009 with Ewa Smulikowska "Monuments of Art of Jasna Gora: architecture, sculpture, painting". In 2011, Karol Mierzejewski died on 4 July 2015 in Czestochowa.
