SORM (Russian: Система Оперативно-Розыскных Мероприятий - COPM, literal search and rescue system) - IT system of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, monitoring telephone and internet activity.

The first version of the system (SORM-1) was launched in 1996, the next SORM-2 in 1998, and the SORM-3 was designed in 2014 and should be launched in March 2015.

The system is comparable to the American system of Echelon.
