Salsz - Old Polish dish, the name of the vegetable sauce with the addition of vinegar and pepper. In the cookbook, the perfect chef from 1783, as a pepper salty or vinegar sauce. The main ingredients are butter, onion, parsley, garlic, bay leaf, thyme, basil, flour, red wine, vinegar, salt and pepper.
