Kurt Tucholsky (German: Kurt-Tucholsky-Preis) - distinction awarded in the field of literary journalism.

The prize dedicated to "committed and linguistically characteristic works of literary journalism" was first granted in 1995, and since 1997 it has been awarded every two years by Kurt-Tucholsky-Gesellschaft (the Kurt Tucholsky Society) and (to 2003) also by Kurt-Tucholsky-Stiftung (Kurt Tucholsky Foundation). It is received by journalists or publicists who "create short forms, such as an essay, satire, song, grotesque, treatise or pamphlet. [...] Their texts, in accordance with Tucholsky's assumption, should serve the research of reality, discover the first causes and help the reader in making critical judgments "y.

The award was established on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Kurt Tucholsky's death and until 2013 it was subsidized with an amount of EUR 3,000. From 2015, the gratification is 5000 euros. In 2013, the Fundacja im. Kurt Tucholsky was involved in the co-financing of the prize for the last time.

Currently, the award is given by Kurt-Tucholsky-Gesellschaft. Winners
