Maurine, and Other Poems - a volume of poems by American poet Ella Wheeler Wilcox. The collection includes the poem Maurine, which appeared for the first time in 1876 in Milwaukee, and several dozen other works. In this shape for the first time was published in 1882 in Chicago. It turned out to be very popular, as evidenced by subsequent editions, consecutive in only a few years apart. The collection was resumed, among others, in 1888, 1890 and 1892. In subsequent editions it was extended with new poems. In the edition from 1895, he counted over a hundred works. The volume includes, among others, the poems of All Roads that Lead to Good, Dust-sealed, Advice, Over the Banisters, The Past and Secrets, as well as Applause, The Story, Lean Down and Life.
