Ivan Vlasov (politician)
Ivan Alekseyevich Vlasov (Russian: Иван Алексеевич Власов, born September 10, 1903 in Nikolayevka near Tiemnikov, died 1969 in Moscow) is a Soviet politician, chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation in 1946-1950.
After graduating from a rural school he worked as a newspaper announcer and agricultural worker, since 1925 a Komsomol activist, from 1929 WKP (b), from 1930 to 1935 he studied at the agricultural academy, later was deputy director of the stanice. July 1938 Chairman of the Budget Committee and Member of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RFSRR, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the WCIK in the Tbilisi region, 1938-1942 First Secretary of the Regional Committee of the ICC (b) in Samara, 1942-1944 Chairman of the Regional Executive Board of the Saratov, 1944-1946 Deputy and from 25 June 1946 to 7 July 1950 the chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RFSRR. Member of the Supreme Soviet of the 1st and 2nd term of the USSR. 1948-1949 deputy chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR. 1939-1949 candidate for a member of KC WKP (b). Since 1950 President of the Agricultural Society and Director of the Department of the Research and Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture of the USSR. Bibliography
