Ivan Alekseyevich Vlasov (Russian: Иван Алексеевич Власов, born September 10, 1903 in Nikolayevka near Tiemnikov, died 1969 in Moscow) is a Soviet politician, chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation in 1946-1950.

After graduating from a rural school he worked as a newspaper announcer and agricultural worker, since 1925 a Komsomol activist, from 1929 WKP (b), from 1930 to 1935 he studied at the agricultural academy, later was deputy director of the stanice.
