Zbigniew Jozef Paliwoda pseud. "Jur" (born October 4, 1929 in Cracow, died December 20, 2016 in Mogilany) is a Polish soldier, activist of the post-war anti-communist underground under the VI Company of the Partisans' Lightning Group led by Joseph Kurasia. "Fire".

As a participant in the anti-communist underground, he participated, among other things, in the breakdown of the prison of St. Michał in Cracow and the release of 64 prisoners - August 18, 1946.

In 2014 he was awarded the "Witness of History" award. On November 6, 2015, he was decorated by the President of Poland, Andrzej Duda, Commander Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta. (The order was handed over on February 5, 2016).
