Mikhail Kostylow
Mikhail Alekseyevich Kostylov (Russian: Михаил Алексеевич Костылёв, 1900 - 1974) - Soviet diplomat. He belonged to the LK (b), since 1937 he worked in the People's Commissar for Foreign Affairs of the USSR, 1940-1941 was deputy head of the European Section III of the police station, 1942-1944 as a counselor of the USSR Embassy in Turkey. From 1944 until April 1, 1945, Ambassador of the USSR to the Government of Italy, from April 1, 1945 to February 9, 1945, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR in Italy], from February 1954 to November 1944 1956 member of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR. From November 10, 1956 to November 10, 1959, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR in Argentina, later expert consultant to the Commission for the Publication of Diplomatic Documents of the USSR Foreign Ministry.
