I guess from Siena

Guido da Siena, Madonna and Child on the throne, 13th century. Guido da Siena (born 1230) is an Italian painter, born in Siena in the second half of the 13th century, probably between 1260-1280, in a style that refers directly to the Byzantine icons (the so-called Manner Graeca ).

There are no records of the life of the painter, his name is known from an inscription placed under a painting depicting a Madonna with a Child called Maesta di San Domenico kept in the Basilica of San Domenico in Siena, where the artist calls himself Guido da Senis. > By some researchers identified with Guido Graziani, however, they seem to negate the stylistic differences. On the basis of the iconographic analogies between Maesta and the preserved works of the Siena school, he is attributed to a number of unfinished works. Alleged works Bibliography
