Ewa Elżbieta Nowakowska (born 1972 in Krakow) is a Polish poet, translator and essayist.

She translated into Polish such authors as: Laurence Freeman, Thomas Merton, Alice Munro, Garth Nix, Ruth Padel. She also translated Ewa Lipska's poetry into English. Poems and stories and reviews published. in the eleventh, the Decade of Literature, the New Decade of Krakow, the Topos, the Crucible of Culture. The earliest mention of these creatures is dated to the fifth century BC, and its author is Herodotus. According to her, these ants inhabited the deserts of Persia and India and extracted gold from their sands. Several such creatures were kept in the residence of the King of Persia.
