Pēteris Kalniņš (born December 15, 1988 in Riga) - a Latvian toboggan, two-time medalist at the Junior World Championships. Career

He achieved his first career success in 2007 when he won a bronze medal in team competition during the Junior World Championships in Cesana. On a year later, the Junior World Championships in Lake Placid, along with Oscar Gudramovičs, won the bronze medal in deuces. In the same composition, the Latvians stood on January 10, 2016 on the podium of the World Cup competition in Sigulda. In 2014, they took eighth place at the European Championships in Sigulda.
