Neo-Dustur, Neo-Destur (ar. الحزب الحر الدستوري الجديد, al-Ḥizb al-Ḥurr ad-Dustūrī al-Jadīd, nouveau Parti libéral constitutionnel) - historical Tunisian political party on the liberal-nationalist program .

The party was created as a result of the split in the Dustur party in 1934 (the second of the formed formations was Stary Dustur). She adopted liberal-nationalist ideology. She demanded the independence of Tunisia, but she accepted cooperation with France (in some areas) on an equal basis. Ruling since independence in 1956. The chairman from 1937 was Habib Burgiba. On October 22, 1964, the formation was transformed into a group called the Socialist Party Dusturowska.
