Kije - a band / music project founded in 2001 in Toruń by Sławomir Ciesielski, drummer of the Republika, Opera and Kobranocka bands. The project is based on percussion instruments, and its composition, in addition to the founder, includes Ryszard Guz, Rafał Ratajczak, Sławomir Bardadyn and Łukasz Wasielewski. Team career

The band made their debut during the First Concert of Remembrance of Grzegorz Ciechowski, December 21, 2002 in Toruń's "Od Nowa". In 2003 and 2004, the band performed again on the next editions of the festival. In May 2003, he recorded material in the studio of the Bydgoszcz radio "PiK", and in September 2004 the group played a concert at the club "Parlament" in Gdańsk. From June to October 2006, the band recorded material for their debut album in the radio studio "PiK", which was released on March 14, 2008 by the publishing house EMI. Myrmex Indikos, pol. Indian ant - an alleged species of gigantic ants (according to Herodot's description, larger than foxes, but smaller than dogs). The earliest mention of these creatures is dated to the fifth century BC, and its author is Herodotus. According to her, these ants inhabited the deserts of Persia and India and extracted gold from their sands. Several such creatures were kept in the residence of the King of Persia.
