Mirzaolim Ibrohimov


Mirzaolim Ibrohimov (born 1928 in Fergana - September 21, 2014 in Tashkent) - Soviet and Uzbek politician, chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the SRR in 1990-1991. From 1943 he worked as a teacher in the Namangan Province, since 1948 a member of the WKP (b), since 1949 a Komsomol activist, 1951 graduated from the Institute of Pedagogy. 1952-1958 Secretary of the Central Committee and 1958-1963 First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Uzbek SRR Komsomol. 1963-1964 Second Secretary of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan (KPU) in Fergus, 1964-1968 Chairman of the Council's Regional Executive Committee in Fergan. 1968-1973 minister of cotton industry of Uzbek SRR, 1972 graduated from Tashkent Institute of People's Economy. 1973-1976 First Secretary of the KPU Regional Committee in Namangan, 1976-1988 Chairman of the State Committee of the Uzbek SRR Physical Culture and Sports. Since 1988 permanent representative of the Council of Ministers of the Uzbek SRR in the Council of Ministers of the USSR. From March 6, 1989 to March 24, 1990 Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the SRR. From March 26, 1990 to June 12, 1991, the President of the Supreme Soviet of the SRR.
