He worked at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin. In the years 1988-2006 he was the head of the Department and Clinic of Animal Internal Diseases, in the years 1978-1981 and 1993-1996 he was the vice dean of the Veterinary Faculty, and in the years 1996-2002 he was the vice-chancellor of the Agricultural University in Lublin. November 22, 1995 he received the title of professor in the field of veterinary science. He died on March 29, 2017.
