Timofiej Kaczin
Timofiej Fiedotowicz Kaczin (born 1900 in the village of Bolszaj Rębka in the Kabanów district of the Gubernia Irkutsk, died in February 1983 at the Course) - Lieutenant Colonel of the NKVD, executioner of the Katyn massacre.
