Miguel Angel Machado Escobar (born 29 October 1897 in San Salvador, 3 October 1983) is a Salvadoran Catholic priest, bishop of the diocese of San Miguel, 1942-1983. Curriculum vitae

Priestly ordination was received on January 30, 1921.

On September 25, 1942 Pope Pius XII appointed him the diocesan bishop of San Miguel. On November 15, 1942, Archbishop Giuseppe Beltrami received the bishop's episcopal ordination. On January 10, 1968, due to age, he resigned from his post and was appointed Selemselae bishop.

He died on October 3, 1983.
