Administrative apparatus
Administrative apparatus - an internally structured system whose elements are responsible for specific tasks and which interact with each other. It is a system of accidentally chosen entities, influenced by the legal system and on which it depends (strength of connections between particular entities and the manner of their subordination in the hierarchy).
The aim of the division of tasks is to care for the exact execution of administrative tasks, the incorrect operation of entities may be caused by external factors (eg the situation in the country).
