The son of Edward and Sophie from d. Perl. In 1926 he graduated from the Warsaw grammar school, and in 1930 studied law at the University of Warsaw. He was a lecturer at the law firm, and in 1932 he was a trainee in the law firm and also a manager of the Legal Department of the Port SA Insurance Company.

1940-1943 was in the USSR, where he worked. by the forest. In May 1943 he volunteered for the Polish Army and became deputy commander of the political and educational company 1 pp. T. July 20, 1967 moved to a resting state.

He later served as legal advisor to the Chamber of Labor and Social Security and to the Directorate of State Archives.

The Knight's Cross of the Order of the Rebirth of Poland (17 December 1946).
