Patsy Maegerman (born July 11, 1972 in Aalst) is a Belgian road cyclist, silver medalist of the world championship. Career

The greatest success of Patsy Maegerman's career came in 1994, when she won a silver medal in the race for a joint start at the World Championship in Agrigento. Only Norwegian Monica Valvik was ahead of the competition and Jeanne Golay was third in the US. It was the only medal won by Patsy Maegerman at an international event of this rank.
