Since 1954 deputy, then I Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Krasnoyarsk National Council. In the years 1956-1957 the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the USSR, and in around 1957-1958 II Secretary of the Regional Committee of the NCP in Kustanaj. From 1958 to January 1961, Minister of grain products of the SRR, from January 1961 to April 1970 I Secretary of the Regional Committee of the NCP in Semipalatinsk, then retired.
