In Semipalatinsk (1961-1970)

In 1928 he graduated from Irkutsk agricultural engineering school, then became assistant regional agronoma and then deputy chairman of the kolkhoz. In 1930-1931 he was in the Red Army. From 1931 he was the technical director of the agricultural cooperative in Czeremchow, later the chief agronomy of the regional agricultural department and the chief agronomy of the machine-tractor. In the years 1937-1938 he was the head of the department of the National Agricultural Branch in Krasnoyarsk, and from 1938 to 1940 was the manager of the species of the state institution. From 1938 in the WKP (b), in the period 1940-1943 the director of the machine-tractor station, and in the years 1943-1945 the chairman of the executive committee of the district council in Krasnoyarsk. From 1945 to 1948 the head of the Soviet Union, from 1948 to 1954 the head of the Krasnoyarsk National Board of Agriculture, graduated in 1952 from the Omski Institute of Agriculture. Since 1954 deputy, then I Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Krasnoyarsk National Council. In the years 1956-1957 the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the USSR, and in around 1957-1958 II Secretary of the Regional Committee of the NCP in Kustanaj. From 1958 to January 1961, Minister of grain products of the SRR, from January 1961 to April 1970 I Secretary of the Regional Committee of the NCP in Semipalatinsk, then retired. Member of the 6 th Congress of the USSR. Awarded with three Lenin Orders and the Order of the Red Labor Banner. Bibliography
