Vladimir Ashashev

In the bodybuilding competition he made his debut in 2004. During the Russian Federation's PBS Cup (ФБФР) he placed fifth in the youth category up to 75 kg. Exactly this result in the same category also reached two years later, during subsequent competitions organized by the PBS. In the 2008 Smolensk Region Championship he won the gold medal among the juniors. He also started the PBS Federation Championship; finished third on the podium among juniors weighing more than 75 kg. He continued his weight training and in 2009 his body weight increased significantly. During the Cup of Smolensk Region won gold in the weight category higher than 95 kg. Two years later he repeated this result and also performed at the IFBB European Federation Championship, where he was awarded the bronze medal in the men's 100 kg category. In 2012 he was the winner of the Bryansk Region Championship in the category of men up to 95 kg; He was also the vice-champion of the whole competition. In 2014, he won three major victories. During the Moscow Championship he won gold in the weight category up to 100 kg.
