Vladimir Ashashev

In the bodybuilding competition he made his debut in 2004. During the Russian Federation's PBS Cup (ФБФР) he placed fifth in the youth category up to 75 kg. Two years later he repeated this result and also performed at the IFBB European Federation Championship, where he was awarded the bronze medal in the men's 100 kg category. In 2012 he was the winner of the Bryansk Region Championship in the category of men up to 95 kg; He was also the vice-champion of the whole competition. In 2014, he won three major victories. During the Moscow Championship he won gold in the weight category up to 100 kg.
